The DfE funded a joint project between Rutherford House and Elmhurst School. The project aims to develops children's maths and computing skills. The children from Elmhurst visited Rutherford House in the Spring term to find our what types of games the Year 1's liked and what motivated them to play and learn. The Elmhurst boys then used this information to custom make maths games to help our children learn.
Year 6 children from Elmhurst School have created some maths games for you to play. The games have been tested already, but we would like your ideas of how to make them even better. Please play the games over half term and let us know what you think my adding a comment for each game. There is also a vote for you to choose your favourite.
Please Note: Because the games are flash files, they will not work on iPads or iPhones. Android phones, tablets, PC's and laptops will be fine. You can email me on [email protected] if you are having any problems.
Have fun!
